Today something wonderful happened. A child wanted to read a book to the class. It was a book he brought in his brown bag share. He sat in the teacher chair and read to the class. He did a great job and we were all very proud of him. The part I wish you could have seen was how engrossed his audience was ( your children). He had their complete attention. They smiled and murmured expressions of aww, and they couldn't believe he was reading. They were supportive when he struggled with words and only had positive and happy remarks. It was a beautiful moment.
That makes my heart happy. :)
